No, all backdrops and props rental must accompany balloon decor.

Yes, we do offer setup and breakdown services.

How long does setup usually take?

This would depend on the complexity of the design.

What happens if the weather is bad for an outdoor event?

There's no certainty that weather will cooperate with our plans, therefore there will be no refunds or changes once outdoor events are setup.
